Hi all. We are in need of a new landscaper. We've always had a problem communicating with our current person because of language issues and today they badly botched a hedge trim because of that. So we've decided it's time to move on. I'll be grateful for any suggestions.

I really like our guy, but his English is not good.
I use the Google translate app on my iPad to translate my English to Spanish and he can read it fine.
He is a hard worker and a good guy.
