So Far we are three for three...Poor HOA decisions for: Spectrum: Design for Boulevards and now Solar. I have found that each place that I have had homes has had a different what I call a "Culture".

I agree with you that fiber optic is much better and I too was disappointed that the HOA made the choice apparently for only the homeowners to go with Spectrum while the Office kept Frontier. I have heard that the speed of Spectrum Cable lowers with each person signing onto to it.

Do you mean that the office believes that Frontier is superior to Spectrum?

Learning that the the walls are the weak link in our security issue......a cheaper option might be to wire the walls that are at fault and monitor.....Dont know if that was one of the items That they "were connsidering"

That other group that was mentioned as being under tight control was set up for the purpose of the moderator finding light handyman jobs. If you keep that in mind, you wont be disappointed.
